The following categories of volunteers provide direct help and support for client(s) in need.

Please indicate the areas you can volunteer with (please select all that apply) Health/Medical Care (Guidance and support for Medical Care. Physician may provide phone guidance. Non-physicians may provide direct support during Doctor’s visits, Respite care and Hospital visits etc.) Family Service (Home visits, general support for sick clients, directing and coordinating support from other agencies) Crisis Support (Funeral arrangements, support to grieving family and referrals.)
